Returns are accepted for online store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Any returned item must be returned unworn, unwashed, tags/stickers attached, and in their original condition. Unfortunately, after 14 days we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Discounted, Sale, Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged, and are final sale.
Please include the following details when contacting The Busy Mama Co. via email in regards to a return/exchange.
1. Name and order #
2. Size and style you want in exchange (if applicable)
3. The address that you want the exchanged item sent to.
The Busy Mama Co. highly recommends that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. The Busy Mama Co. is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.
- Please note, you are responsible for the shipping fees back to The Busy Mama Co. BMC will be happy to cover the shipping fees back to you!
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Damaged items MUST be returned unworn, unused, and with all tags attached.
- Once your return label is emailed to you, you must ship the item back to us within 14 business days.
- No refund or replacement items will be provided until the return item is received back at The BMC.
- Please note that the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
