The Busy Mama Co. will gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise for a store credit within 15 days from the date you received the items. All tags, stickers, etc. must still be attached and in place.
When returning an item, please take note of the following:
- Returns must be post marked within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment, no exceptions.
- Your return package needs to include your order packing slip or an order summary from the website with your first and last name, order number, and reason for returning the items.
- All returns will be processed via store credit only
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, we do not provide pre-paid return labels.
- Any requests made past our 15 day return policy deadline or request including final sale items will be declined.
- If an item appears worn, smells of perfume or essential oils, deodorant, makeup, or has animal hair it will not be accepted as a return.
- Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
- All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.
- Hats, totes, keychains, and all other accessories are final sale or deemed final sale for sanitary safety.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt.
- Send photos of the defective item/area to email@example.com
- State in your email your first and last name, order number, and the product name.
- Attach your photos with the email, and include a detailed description of the issue.
Shipping to U.S. Customers: orders over $75 ship free, orders under $75 are a $6.95 flat fee, local pickup available
